I select the ( row 2)
I want to data validation criteria set in row 12
If ( row 2) then row 12(selection-1) is greater or equal to 2009 and less than or Equal to 2016
If ( row 2) then row 12(selection-2) is greater or equal to 2017 and less than or Equal to 2020
What is the statement for that which I want to put in the Validation Criteria
