How to create a question that will include box for answer

Dear community.
This is my first post. I am very new to using KoboToolbox. I don’t know the use of the regex expressions.

I want to create a question that will ask name of the household and the answer will be divided in two boxes, First and Last name( (as available in Google Forms). Is it possible?

Welcome to the community, @Ebti! To have a First name and a Last name, you will need to create two variables for the same with a text question type. You could then use the regex to constraint as required following the support article Restricting Text Responses With Regular Expressions.
