How to create an auto generated Unique Number using a combination of variables built in the form

Hello community!

I intend to generate a Unique Reg. No. for market vendors using a combination of their MLG Code (Number), Market Block (text), National Identity Number (NIN) (text). Find my attempt - the form in xlsx - screen shot below:

Here is the type of error message I get as in screen shot below;

FormLogicError: Could not evaluate: The Vendor Registration Number, message: not sure how to handle expression called on nodeset that doesn’t start with a ‘/’: Vendor{“stack”:[{“t”:“root”,“tokens”:[{“t”:“arr”,“v”:[}]}],“cur”:{“v”:“Vendor”}}

Is there a reason for you to put ${Q16} in the constraint column of your Q17 note?
