when i typed the 1001 will appear the JUANin the another TEXT?

I have tried to make context of what you want and I would simplify it as follows

  1. You want to create questions such that in the first question you enter the number such as 1001 1002 1003 etc
  2. In the next question you want to look at the results being JUAN for 1001 etc

To get something like this

IF THAT IS WHAT YOU WANTED, then to get such a behavior, I am using a combination of three different functionalities

  1. Cascade select
  2. Calculate
  3. Use of appearance minimal
