How to display the responses in another variable that i have selected from a multiple select question?

Another option also required i.e when Multiple Disability will be displayed then need to shown which disability selected in the checkbox. i.e √ Vision; √ Deaf √ Autism etc…

Could you please help to solve this issue to develop in XLS Form /guideline would be highly appreciated.
