Hi @Ah_ly, You could do the same as outlined in the image below: In the survey tab of your xlsform: [Image 0.1] In the choices tab of your xlsform: [Image 0.2] Data entry screen seen in Enketo: [Image 0.3] Here Never is automatically selected in Q2 when Never is selected in Q1.
