How to do "select multiple as a drop down list"

Hello-
I need to have a select multiple question as a dropdown list rather than a “point and click” cluster of answers, because I have so many options. is there a way to:

  1. have a drop down list of options (in this case species) or if not, to
  2. have a predictive typing like in google forms where people enter text as a response, but only can type specific responses.

I would recommend to test, if your chosen appearance works well also for later edits on server level. See Data is lost when correcting data in a submitted form - #48 by wroos
