How to dynamically provide further details on selected multiple questions

Hello everyone, I have a project for survey. In the project, I have a multiple select options where users tick the number of crops cultivated (Maximum of 3). On selection of the 3, the user is to give further details of each selected crop. What I want is for the system to dynamically provide a group of question for selected crops to be populated with further details based on the number of crops selected above.
