We don’t offer me.kobotoolbox.org, but you can have KoBoToolbox on your own domain (me.org) by using https://github.com/kobotoolbox/kobo-install on your own server.

No, not at this time. What would you like to do? If you’re mainly concerned with having the people who fill out your surveys be able to type https://me.org and arrive at your form, you could probably just set up a redirect to the survey’s Enketo URL. However, if the people creating the surveys and viewing the collected data need to see a custom domain, then you’d have to host your own instance.
