How to get separate map for collected data in a particular date other than whole data in the map view
@arunarandeniya, please be informed that KoBoToolbox at the moment does not support this feature. Maybe you could create a features request here.

A workaround might be:
Export the geo-location data (with download KML feature in KoBoToolbox). Select what you need and import it into a GIS tools (like Google Earth)…
Another workaround might be:
Use the Excel download to filter and copy the GPS data for further treatment.
Can I confirm that even a question in the date [year] does not work in the map view fucntion to “dissagregate by survey response”?
@dan_dane, maybe that would work if you change the date question to a select_one question type where you are able to select the year as a single response.
