I couldn’t find time information in excel sheet downloaded although I have used date and time format in the form. Please suggest how to get it.

If you choose date and time format in your form, the data collected that way but it is not presented in excel data way most likely. Can you please check the cell value of the exported data?

@ropes2042, as outlined by @osmanburcu, you can see the Date, Time and Date & Time format data in the following format when you download your data as XLS format:
But if you select the Date & Time cell, then you should be able to see both the Date & Time values that you recorded as shown in the image below:
In the other hand if you select Store date and number responses as text from the Advanced Options as shown in the image below:
You will get the following structure when downloading your data:
