How to get value from ID automatically from the form title

Hi @scherrie, You could also have a look at this workaround which uses date-time stamp to auto generate a unique id for your survey form. In the survey tab of your xlsform: [Image 1] In the setting tab of your xlsform: Please note that this is optional (if and in-case you wish to name your survey submissions based on the unique id).
