How to leave a default selection option when executing the survey

I want to know how to leave a default selection option when executing the survey so that when the survey is opened, that option is already selected.

quiero saber como dejar predeterminado a la hora de ejecutar la encuesta una opcion de seleccion unica que cuando se abra la encuesta ya esta seleccionada esa opcion.
