How to make a paragraph break when i put my question?

My question has bullet-points, but kobo I can not start from the new line every bullet-point, when I write my question. Any combination of keys tried, does not work: ctrl + enter, alt + enter, shift+enter, ctrl+alt+enter, ctrl+shift+enter, etc.

Now the text looks like this:

But this text needs to be separated by bullet points.
Is there a solution to this situation?

You can do it by downloading your form in XLS version and edit it in Excel after that you can re-upload the form
