How to PDF completed survey form

Hi there,
Hoping for some help

We have commenced site surveys and the survey data submissions coming in.

I need to make a PDF copy of the survey for submission to our client.
I’m currently using the print function to do this (print to PDF) - however, the survey text entry has 'doubled up" see attached snip, Also - the click boxes are not filled, end of page not align, photos cut out of report
Is there a particular method to save survey reports as PDFs?

@John.steiner, do you mean you wish to have a much better pdf version (in terms of formatting) when saving them in pdf format?

The form is fine - expect for printing - the PDF is a variant of electronic or paper.
When printing - the format in the form changes.

In this case the case has doubled up, page breaks appear in the map, check boxes blank out, photos delete - pretty major bugs when printing…

Please provide the step by step method to print, including PDFs to avoid these bugs…

Further to this - the print appears to work with right mouse click then print. As opposed to the print icon on the top right…
There is a problem with the print icon…
