@tinkokohtut, would you mind checking the server to see if the project is still deployed there?

we are collecting 10 devices in one username. But 2 device have this issue. And can’t allow editing in setting from sharing. but 2 users are edited and then send when they face this error. Please kindly solve that problem.

@tinkokohtut, would you be able to share a screenshot of the images from the Settings>Server from both the device that is working and not working? This should help us compare the configuration and see if there are any issues there.
