How to restrict multiple choice questions to 2 answers (1 from options 1 to 4 and 1 from options 5 to 8)

Hi everyone, I have a multiple-choice question with 8 options. How do I limit the responses to just 2, the first 1 coming from options 1-4, and another from options 5-8?

I tried looking at the other related posts but I’m unable to configure the solutions to fit my need.
