How to select one option and de-select the rest of the options in select-multiple

Hi all,
I use select multiple function and would avoid users errors in selecting different responses that are can’t be together. Please see below:

If I choose [e] Not Applicable, [a],[b] [c] and [d] shouldn’t be selected.

Please advise. Thanks.
