How to share a project with an enumerator (with restricted access)

I have another line of query. I want to allocate the form to enumerators for submission only. Sharing Your Project and Managing Permissions — KoboToolbox documentation
I went through the article “Add submission” right is mentioned. However it is not available when I am going to "share this project "option .
Please guide
