How to update already existing data using pullback data form

Hello,

I have developed and redeployed CSV file and xls form (for pullback). Am able to pull data that i pre-loaded and view on the android phone and edit but unable update. If I edit any data and submit, there is no change any Can you help?

Could you provide more details on this? Are you using the pull data function?

Yes I use pullback, and am able to view all data on the form, in case i change e.g age or phone number, this is not reflected on the final submission. I have to download the form and manually change in the excel.

No new information is saved in fields that use Pulldata

@unionfuturocorp, @andiegogeorge, please be informed that the pulldata function will automatically replace any value you enter manually in the form. This is what the function is meant for. If you wish to enter the information manually, you must remove the pulldata function from the question and deploy/redeploy as needed.
