Hi,
When you use a bar code question, you will require to install one of the free bar-code applications on your phone. This will use the phone’s camera to capture the bar-code.

I have installed an app. But when I go to the barcode question and press the text box, it doesn’t prompt anything.
Is there a way to link apps to the survey? Or can you only copy and paste the barcode?

Are you using this on PC? Could you share a screenshot of what you have.
