I am experiencing technical error when editing kobo collect form. This message keeps on popping: The data server for your form or the Enketo server is down. Please try again later or contact support@kobotoolbox.org. (500). How can I go about?

Welcome to the community, @samlo2795_1! Could you do the following to see if there are any duplicate submissions on your server?

  • Download your data in XLS format
  • Check the _uuid to see if there are any duplicates there

If there are duplicate _uuid delete them and your problem should be resolved.
