Welcome back to the community, @jmgtoolbox! Kindly please be informed that user with a shared project are not able to see the Media. At the moment, it’s only the admin who is able to upload media for his/her project.
But please be informed that we already have a features improvement request (maybe you could VOTE for the same to see this ):
