I would like to bring to your attention that I am actually using dynamic attachment, for a case management. so the idea is that when I have searched the person in the follow up form then I will check the approve checkbox once the checkbox is checked then the next time when the same person gets searched so the filed (checkbox) that I have checked should be disabled and shouldn’t let the data enterer to uncheck the checkbox for that person in order to avoid data manipulation.
