I can’t connect the Kobocollect application to the server

I can’t connect the Kobocollect application to the server. The following message appears:
“The server requires authentication. The username and/or password is incorrect for the server https://kc.kobotoolbox.org”. I also tried with the url https://humanitarianresponse.info, with the same result.
I consulted this page: Data Collection on KoboCollect App (Latest Version) — KoboToolbox documentation and this page Troubleshooting KoboCollect Android Application — KoboToolbox documentation, without finding a solution.
I’m sure the username and password are correct because I logged into my KoboToolbox account with them.

@Vladoos, seems like it’s a typo in the username you used for your username. Please note that the username is very case-sensitive. Using the initial capital should also affect the settings.

Check server settings, confirm the correct URL, and verify server availability. Clear app cache, restart the device, or reinstall the app if necessary.
