I cannot "copy team from another project"

I have tried to copy team using this menu various times, and it doesn’t work:

Once I put copy, it accepts and nothing happens. And the team is not copied.

This was a known bug for a long time! However, kindly please be informed that this issue has already been fixed and should be released soon.
