Hi All, With the recent release of the KoBoCollect android app, we have now updated our support article and tried to make it more comprehensive by splitting the article into two different articles: Data Collection on KoBoCollect App (Older Version) Data Collection on KoBoCollect App (Latest Version)

Note: If you still see the issue, try to uninstall the KoboCollect android app and then install it again. Reset if required. If you have installed both the ODK Collect android app and the KoboCollect android app try uninstalling one.
