I can't download XLS file on "other" server

I have deployed a form that I am testing. Although I can ‘open’ it but can’t ‘download’ the XLS form. Here is the warning message: 'Sorry, we couldn’t find C:\Users.… It is possible it was moved, renamed or deleted. I have tried, tried and tried, using different browsers

I am not sure about the server as the form has been designed for me by a technician (engdave) who signed up as the owner and shared it with me.
I think it can be “non-humanitarian” server since I am in education
