I can't export the data

Recently, I created a new humanitarian response account, so when I try to export the data get nothing I mean it doesn’t show me that exporting in process.

Unfortunately the information you provided was not enough to really pinpoint where the problem is coming from. I have some few queries:

  1. Do you own the project that you are trying to get data from? If not, then kindly confirm if the owner has given you data access rights.
  2. Kindly confirm you are following all the procedures laid down in this article
