I can't generate synchronous data link

Hi,

I am trying to generate synchronous data export link for our project. I followed the instructions available on the following page: Connecting to your data using synchronous exports — KoboToolbox documentation . When I go to https://{kf_url}/api/v2/assets/{asset_uid}/export-settings/ , I see this under current endpoint:

HTTP 200 OK
Allow: GET, POST, HEAD, OPTIONS
Content-Type: application/json
Vary: Accept

}

And the export link with export setting uid is not generated.

I would be grateful if you could support, and remain available if you need more information.

@majamora, you will need at least one submission for your project for this feature to behave normally.
