Welcome to the community, @manishahada01! Have you validated your XLSForm through this online validator? The online validator should help you identify syntax issues if any that are affecting the form deployment.

Please make sure you are trying to download the XLS Form, not download the XML.

The latter XML XForm is the actual final XML form definition that gets deployed. But if your original XLSForm has any errors in it then pyxform wont be able to convert it to XML (which may or may not appear as validation errors…), hence you wont be able to download the XML.
