I don’t know why i’m unable to download it on my app

Hello, I followed the article " Data Collection on KoboCollect App" but I still have the problem.
I checked my questionnaire on ODK - XLSForm Online. And it’s works on the internet. So I don’t know why i’m unable to download it on my app.
Please find attached the message I get from the app.
I’ve been using Kobo for a long time and it’s the first time i get this problem.

Hello, @Kal_Lam my study starts in few days so I’m a little stressed that it doesn’t work… Please help me with this issue. It seems that i tried all solutions from the forum.

@panirbms21, the first thing you will need to do is configure the Collect Android App as outlined in this support article: The second thing you will need to check is to see if the enumerators have at least logged into their KoboToolbox account once. Failing to login to the account at least once should also cause such issues.
