I have a yes and no question, if Yes selected the next option will be to appear, but now I can see the yes statement in the form even if nothing is being selected from the Yes, No question.

@faizenasir, you should be able to do this by adding a skip logic to the question as outlined in the support article Adding Skip Logic. You should also be able to learn more about using the skip logic through our community forum here.
