I have also been trying to get blank forms in the app but it keeps failing. I have configured the Collect app as outlines and also logged in the koboToolbox account at least once since i am the owner of the form and enumerator.
please help me out!
Welcome to the community, @sandrine_12! Could you kindly share a screenshot of your app from Settings> Server with the community? This should give us a clue of how your configuration is made. We could then guide you appropriately if it’s misconfigured.
