When I do the preview form, It shows me that message. I try to refresh many times, but it always happens. I hope to get support from the KOBO community. Thank you.

Thank you so much for your solution. I can find my mistakes now. After I fix it, I still cannot preview the form from my Kobo platform. However, I can only see it from ODK. Do you have any suggestion for me? Thank you so much for your help and kindness.
Can you provide a screenshot of the message you’re getting?
