Hello. I’m having the same problem. I tried changing the URL as suggested but it tells me ‘sorry, invalid url’. I have important information stuck in some finalized forms. Please help
Welcome to the community, @linda! Could you also share a screenshot of the Settings>Server so we can see if there are any configuration issues?
However, having gone through your post, it seems like you already have some data collected in the app, and you are not able to submit them to the server. Is this the issue you are facing currently?
Hi Kal, thanks for responding. Attached is the server information as well as the error i receive when i try to send finalized forms

The URL, as shared above, should solve your issue. It seems you are using the /
at the end of the URL, which is unnecessary.
