Thank you, I have followed all steps but do not have those options on my Kobo Toolbox, when I open the table, there is only the open option no edit option. Can you please help me

I am the owner I believe, Alonda McGraw and I both have an account and from the same agency, but I am the main one who puts the clients info in the system.

Hi @l_roberts, I asked that question because there are row level permissions in Kobo, which gives users permission to view, edit, delete, validate. You can check this help article to learn more about these permissions:

Also the project owner should assign these permissions to users, I would advise you to take a look at these articles and speak with your colleague (or the admin of the system if you have one) to see if you have got the necessary permissions to do such actions.

Hello again, I had a meeting with my supervisor, and we are the only two that have a kobo account at our agency, neither of us have the option to edit it delete a data account that we have added, we need to fix a few of them, how do we get access to do so ?

Hi @l_roberts,

Which server are you using? Is it a public one or a private one?

I am not sure, It might be private! We are only using it for the PC Housing supplement
