I have submited missing entry, once I edit the missing entries on the resubmission the pop up message of sever is down, how can I resolve this?

I have submited missing entry, once I edit the missing entries, on the resubmission the pop up message of “The data server for your form or the Enketo server is down. Please try again later or contact support@kobotoolbox.org. (500)” appears, how can I resolve this?

@Maulid_Japhary, would you mind checking your submissions to see if you have any duplicates in your submissions? You could download your data in XLS format and check the _uuid to see if there are any duplicates in the submission. Let us know what you see.

Thanks for the observation. It’s true that there is one duplication of submissions. Would this be the cause? If I delete one submission, will it be okay?

I would like to thank you for your help, I have deleted one submission, and the server became active, and I have managed to edit the missing and resubmit, it’s okay for now.
