Good day I have the same problem when I want to edit a submission. Enketo server is down.

Welcome to the community, @etorresm! Would you mind checking your submissions to see if it’s been duplicated? If that’s the case, the system will not allow you to make edits to the submission.

Kal_Lam thanks, You are totally right the submission are duplicated.
That was my problem.
