I’m facing the same problem today. I cannot add a new user to one of my projects. I keep receiving the message “user not found”. However, my colleague has registered and confirmed subscription.
Welcome back to the community, @gducos! Is this issue still affecting your project? If yes, could you ensure that the user you are trying to add is on the same server where you created your project? Sharing a user is not possible if the accounts are in 2 different servers.
