@alefa_banda, this issue could be with your CSV file. Maybe you will need to check them on the server to see if it’s there. Please also ensure that the correct spellings have been used within the form when trying to refer to your attached CSV file. Typo in your form can also cause this issue.
@Kal_Lam, yes, the issue was with the csv. There was an additional random character in another column. Thank you
