[error message] The attached error message appears when I try calling up photos we took during a survey to validate some of the responses. I would be glad to get some help on how to address it.

Kobo switched to https://eu.kobotoolbox.org/ domain i believe one and half years ago. So if you would like to access your data you need to change your link.
