I’m having trouble downloading and updating the form on my tablet

Hello @Kal_Lam,

I’m having trouble downloading and updating the form on my tablet. I created a new form a month ago and I’m still making updates to it. On February 5th, I was able to download it and update existing forms on my tablet successfully. However, today I’ve tried multiple times on both the same and a different tablet to download the form, but I haven’t been able to find it anywhere.

@panirbms21, the first thing you will need to do is configure the Collect Android App as outlined in this support article: The second thing you will need to check is to see if the enumerators have at least logged into their KoboToolbox account once. Failing to login to the account at least once should also cause such issues.
