500 Server Error on Data Tab – Only One Form Affected (EU Server)
Steps to Reproduce
Go to: KoboToolbox
Wait for the Data tab to load
The page displays a 500 Server Error with raw HTML
Expected behavior
I expected to access the submissions as usual via the Kobo UI.
Actual behavior
I receive the following error (screenshot attached):

This issue only started on July 8, 2025
I’ve tried hard refresh, and multiple browsers with no success
All other assessments/forms are working normally
Please advise — I need access to the submissions for reporting. Thank you!
