Hi Kal_Lam,

I am unable to redeploy a form after making corrections. It keeps saying there is error. Please, can you assist to resolve this as my project will be kicking off soonest.

@aprcglobal, I have split your post so that we could document our issues systematically. Your survey project should have a question (either a select_one gh48h45 or select_multiple gh48h45) in your survey sheet, but at the same time, gh48h45 is missing under the choices sheet. You could check this out by downloading your survey form as an xlsform and then doing a search by pressing CTRL+F under the survey tab as well as the choices tab. In row 28 of your survey sheet a select references a list_name which is not in your choices sheet.

Hints:

• Always check your form with the Online validator, please, during development and before deployment.
• Often the search function of this forum and the Help Center articles (https://support.kobotoolbox.org/) can provide help and examples, e.g. Search results for 'error list name not in choices sheet' - KoboToolbox Community Forum.

Thank you Kal for prompt response. However I am not using XLS to build my form. I built the form from scratch using form builder.

Could you please, share i can resolve this.

You can always use the feature on project level to download the form in XLSForm format. Then you can check and update in Excel and reload (and redeploy) the new version - preferably after checking with the Online validator.
