I need help to sync my data to android device

@Recently Updated Support Article: Collecting Data with KoBoCollect on Android

e recent release of the KoBoCollect android app, we have now updated our support article and tried to make it more comprehensive by splitting the article into two different articles: Data Collection on KoBoCollect App (Older Version) D

I want to get blank forms. It’s impossible for me. It’s like it wont link 2 accounts eventho I gave permissions to the other account. When i click on get blank forms it pops out this error which i wrote.
