Hello, my organization asked me to integrate their data consent sheet into every survey. I want to link this document into a question and then ask for consent directly in the survey. How can i do that? The content of the formular is too vast to put it directly into the survey. It should be provided as follows: “Please klick here to read the data consent form:” , and then “do you agree etc.”

Thank you, but i’m directly creating the survey in KoBo, not in Excel and i don’t know what Enketo is unfortunately, could you explain the solution for somebody who is not at all a pro?
