I never found get blank form option in kobo toolkit

‘Get Blank Form’ is an older version of the current app, which has been replaced with ‘Download form’ (the button does the same thing, the wording has just been updated).

Does this help?

Also, this button is in the ‘Collect App’, not in the browser version of KoboToolbox, just to be clear.
