I put some guideline texts and titles as comment, which i dont want to insert in the database. I put those as notes and those are displayed in the data as blank. What should I do?

When you download your dataset, you can always use Advanced Options to choose which questions to export. You can see this wonderful help article for more information:

@ahsanmani, you can always select variables and then download the data as advised by @hakan_cetinkaya.
