I have been collecting data using KoboToolbox. But unfortunately, I unstalled the application. I lost my data from my Android mobile. I again installed the app from the Google Play Store, but I cannot access my data.

In addition, I faced difficulties connecting the deployed data from my PC with my mobile.

Could you help me? How can I access my collected data and how do I reconect from my PC the deployed data with my mobile?

Hi @sarahthomi, You could retrieve data from KoBoCollect using ODK Briefcase as follows: Download the latest version of ODK Briefcase: Download the latest version of ODK Briefcase from here.
